Family liaisons came during a very difficult time. We were very stressed with the insurance companies not being able to approve care when my dad really needed it. Family liaisons did a secondary evaluation and got him all the care he needed. He passed away 5 months after and without that care I don’t know what I would have done without them. I will always be grateful for what they did for me and my family.
